How to pre-publish your wordpress blog

So, just like my friend if you too plan to leave the city for a long period, you may opt to pre publish your blog posts. This trick is pretty handy for everyone (from a CEO to a traveler) , who gets little time to update their blog on a regular time interval. Here is the trick ..

Step #1
Go to Write > Write Post
Step #2 Fill up the required fields like Title, Post, etc.
Step #3
Look for Edit time under the Advanced options. (Here you will find the exisiting time as per the adjustments you made under Options > General) Enter the desired date and time i.e. set up the date and time when you want your post to get published. For example you may opt to publish your posts after 7 days. Make sure to check the Edit timestamp checkbox.
Step #4
Make your post status as Published and click on Save. Thats it! Wordpress will take care of the rest ! Repeat the whole process for other posts and make a queue of posts. They will be published in time. Happy travelling Krish! Hope you have got your solution.
