So, you have deleted your Twitter account for some reason and unable to restore it right? Don’ worry! Though Twitter warns that: “The action (of account deletion) is permanent account restoration is currently disabled”, I will tell you how to get back your account.
- Go to the account restoration link. You will see the following interface.
- Enter your username/email address of the login you want to restore and click on Restore my account! button.
- You should get an email with a link.
- Click on the link. You should get redirected to the Twitter home page.
- You should also get an email with the subject Your Twitter account has been restored along with a 32 bit temporary password.
- Use your lost username/email address and the temporary password to login to your account again!
- Hopefully you should get all your stuffs back including twwets, friends, followers. Remember: First thing you need to do after logging in to Twitter is changing the 32 digit password set by Twitter.

You actually have 6 months to perform the above action. In this period Twitter blocks the username and keeps all the info backed up assuming you may consider to restore your account. In case if you cannot restore your account send an email to Twitter.
