After a long gap I finally decided to change the layout to suit the needs of my visitors, improve the standards and also to go a step ahead in making lots of bucks 
(thats what motivates a person). I have kept the color combinations unaltered but yeah I made changes in the header, logo, posts, the left panel, blah, blah. Now I feel more at home than in rented flat. Do you like the way webtips look now? Do you like the overall layout, the navigation, the way posts are presented? Do you feel something more can be done?
